Engineering procedures are probably indicative of how interesting the work could be in some cases e.g.  Boring Layout and in some cases are indicative if the work will be either more interesting or less interesting e.g. Large Bore and small bore piping.

Economists could turn to Hindi film songs to track inflation like the song " Pehle de do Mera panch rupaiya bara Aana" (5 rupees and 12 aanas -  expense of car service), "Char ane Mein do do kele"
(2 bananas for 4 aanas). "Dus Lakh" a movie about  inheritance of 10 lakhs etc.

Film Katha had 1.5 Rs. Per telephone call year 1982.

Flop show had 12000 for colour TV year 1989.

The captain

I wonder if the word "captain" came from cricket where the captain has to lead ten other players who normally wear caps on the field.
By the same measure a person with ten root canals will have ten caps on his set of teeth, so could be referred to as a captain.
