But here it brings joy to everyone as there are no victims but only silent revelers.

Indian constitution gives its citizens a fundamental right of freedom of speech and expression which a fundamental pillar of democracy.

When those who oppose the incumbent government in India are questioned for tax or any other matter they complain of "muzzling voices of dissent" which I would call as "heard immunity".

Essentially meaning that once you start opposing you should be heard irrespective of the merits of your arguments and play the victim card whenever convenient.

At the peak of Sony Walkman's popularity there was an advertisement by an Airline with the caption: "Don't walk man, fly". Probably inspired by this Indian politicians have increasingly moved from PAD yatras (a pilgrimage on foot to express polical concerns) to HeliPAD yatras (using helicopters).
