Indian constitution gives its citizens a fundamental right of freedom of speech and expression which a fundamental pillar of democracy.
When those who oppose the incumbent government in India are questioned for tax or any other matter they complain of "muzzling voices of dissent" which I would call as "heard immunity".Essentially meaning that once you start opposing you should be heard irrespective of the merits of your arguments and play the victim card whenever convenient.
