Kite flying

I remember during my college days I had gone to my friends sisters wedding at Lasalgaon. One student pointed to a person playing in a band organized for the wedding "He is very smart he is my classmate from school" he then went on "There was an all India competition of bands and both finalists were from Manmad, this one playing stood second". The person also told us that only his uncle and Rajiv Gandhi knew that Mig 27 was in India. Off course we got included in this elite club now we also knew.
I remember in my childhood I was told by a friend that a plane landed on a road in Bangalore. When the pilot got of the plane he was happy to know he was in Bangalore. He wanted to land in Karnataka and landing in its capital was the best thing.
