My request to Indian Corporates while recruiting is to consider those services received from government agencies without the help of agents as achievements of candidates for e.g. many years back- "Stood in queue for 5 hours starting at an unearthly hour to get a tatkal train ticket"
Indian government services continue to be tough to get though over the years there has been some improvement.
