Nowadays everybody in a family is busy with an electronic device- cell phones, Television, Computer etc. There is hardly any time for each other. Concerned about this I guess Power continues to be erratic in Gurgaon ensuring that members of a family get together to chat up when there is no power.
Another positive is that due to the erratic power supply nobody would get addicted to TV, internet etc.
