Internet binds souls (A short story)

Naresh was a forty years old bachelor staying in Delhi. He worked for a Multinational company and stayed in a small rented house. He was interested in spiritual matters and practised Yoga regularly. He was content remaining a bachelor and never had a relationship with women in his life. He was rare user of internet too. One day he chanced upon a video of a women being blessed by an elephant. He was fascinated to see the video and clicked hoping to find some more interesting videos. This led him to a site of a beautiful lady who claimed her name was Neelima. There were about 50 videos of Neelima. These were simple and wonderful videos about Neelima visiting holy places, tourist locations etc. Neelima also had a personal website where she had posted her pictures. She had also mentioned that she was looking for a life partner. Naresh read her site with great interest- Neelima was 38 years old was a spinster. She had delayed her marriage only because of family responsibilities, was interested in spiritual books and practised Yoga. Wow Naresh thought here is somebody so much like me. On searching the Internet Naresh was able to read Neelima's profile on a matrimonial site. Naresh found that he had not seen anybody with a more similar life and interests than Neelima. Naresh used to meditate everyday a voice in his mind used to advise him. The voice one day told him Neelima would be his wife. Naresh had decided he would never marry but since the voice told him he thought he should try. He exchanged brief correspondence with Neelima who showed interest. A meeting was arranged at a hotel. Neelima had brought her brother Narendra along. Neelima told a few things about herself and Naresh a few about himself, what could they talk in front of Narendra? Narendra put forward a set of demands. He said first and formost he wanted to check if Naresh was genuine for this he wanted for a complete day the following: Original Bith certificate, original degree certificate, original marksheets of each year of degree, passport, pan card, election card, salary bank account statements for 6 months, 2 photographs, investment details, property ownership details if any, car registration original papers. Naresh was stumped but he agreed. Naresh put together all the requested papers and documents and handed them over to Narendra at a mutually agreed place. The only thing Naresh had was Narendra's cell number. The next day he got a call on this cell, it was Neelima on the line her first response was "How can you be so trusting? I never imagined anybody would do what you did, it was me who had laid the conditions of the documents to be handed over for a complete day, you have passed my test now I have to pass yours". They talked for two hours discussing various things and Naresh was convinced it was Neelima that he wanted to spend the rest of his life.
