Rajesh makes it possible... (A short story)

Rajesh was the favourite student of Ajay Singh. Ajay was a professor of an engineering college. Rajesh being a research student was devoted to his work. Ajay would call Rajesh many times home to discuss his research. Ajay' wife was Sunita  they had a daughter Neelam. Rajesh respected Ajay very much. The good person that Ajay was he was a guarantor for loan taken by a close friend Rajkumar. When Rajkumar defaulted on his loan the bank approached Ajay to pay the balance loan amount. Ajay was suddenly in a huge debt. He was a heart patient for many years the sudden turn of events affected his health further leading to a massive heart attack causing his death. To pay off the debt Ajay had pledged his house. Suddenly Sunita and Neelam did not know where to go. Rajesh looked for a rented accomodation for Sunita and Neelam. Rajesh and Neelam were both in their twenties. Rajesh secretly liked Neelam and was almost like a slave obeying every word she said. Sunita used to question Neelam about making Rajesh do many things but Rajesh was only too happy so she could not do much. Rajesh started looking for a job Neelam as a teacher in a school.Every where they went a B.Ed. degree was asked for. Rajesh finally convinced Neelam that she should do a B.Ed. course. There was only one BEd. college in the vicinity which Neelam could possibly get admitted and still stay close to her mother. The forms for admission were being given. Rajesh stood for hours in the que to get a form. It was so important that Rajesh bought two forms kept one with him and gave one to Neelam to fill. The forms had to be submitted the next day. Neelam was used to writing with and ink pen and continued although everybody had by then changed to a ball pen. It was 10:00 pm before she filled in all information and she was all ready. Suddenly there was a gust of wind which blew the curtain on to the ink bottle which fell on the form messing it completely. Nothing was legible on the form now. Neelam reached for her phone and called her hope - Rajesh. Rajesh's mind started working overtime. He asked Neelam if she had suffient documents to fill another form. She had the originals kept separately which were fine but had just one photograph. Rajesh told her not to worry and he would take care. Rajesh called his friend Neerav and asked for help. Rajesh boarded his motorcycle and rushed to Neelam's place, picked up the photo and originals and went to Neerav. Neerav had a good scanner and photo printing machine with him and also a laser printer and scanner. The photo was scanned and five copies printed. The original documents were scanned and printed on the laser printer. Rajesh rushed back to a delighted Neelam with a form he had kept with himself and the required attachments and photograph. Neelam used a ballpen to fill the form. The counter for accepting the form opened at 8:00 am and shut at 10:00 am. Rajesh said he will be at the counter at 4:00 am and Neelam could come at 8:00 when the counter opened.Rajesh promptly was in the que at the college at 4:00 am he was surprised to see 5 people ahead of him. The crowd swelled and by 6:00 there were hundred people. Neelam arrived just before 8:00. The counters opened at 8:00 am in 10 minutes she was able to submit her form. Rajesh had made it possible!
