In one our trips to my grandfather's village in a State Transport "luxury" bus, it was running late as usual. One enthusiastic passenger went up to the driver and demanded the complaint book, he was promptly told it was full and there was no space in it to register a complaint. Unable to register a complaint could have been a complaint raised to the power of 2!
