The river of life (A Poem)

Quietly flows

the little stream of water

as it moves

it will grow

bigger and bigger
into a river
Oh!What speed
It takes along those heavy stones
It passes cities
It passes valeys
the speed slows down
and the stones settle down
As it flowed
It let boats float on it
and its water
cleaned many a thing
but also destroyed
many a home
Now it awaits its end
like all others
one day it will also
merge into the sea
