This incident happened when drawing boards were used for drafting drawings. When reviewing the progress of a project the project engineer used the equation: more resources = more out put; by suggesting that to speed up a drawing for issuing two draftsman should be put on the job, he was politely told that only one person at a time can stand and draft a drawing on a drawing board.
