With the increasing difficulty in recruiting right candidates, I would recommend all companies to reserve accomodation in the Himalayas. The future could look like this:
A job description is prepared for a new position, several interviews are conducted, when after 100 interviews, a suitable candidate is not found, HR person would be deputed to the reserved accomodation in the Himalayas. After penance God would come alive and ask for a boon, the HR person has to only inform God of the job description of the new position. Since no such person is available, God would create the person and send to the company. Company has to bear the travelling and cost of naming the person etc. So companies be the first to reserve your seats in the Himalayas.
