A traveller got off at the railway station and went to a tonga (horse carriage). The tonga driver agreed to take the traveller to his destination. As they started off the driver stopped and went and danced in front of the horse. After some distance again did the same thing. The traveller was curious to know what was going on. Finding that this was delaying things he asked the tonga driver "may I know what is going? I need to reach my destination" to this the driver replied "Sorry Sir but this horse is used in a Baraat (marriage procession) till somebody dances in front of it it does not move!".
