Those who work with American companies could easily take on more responsibility after Thanksgiving and before Christmas. The secret is that all work in this period slows down as part of the holiday season. Further to add to this if there is a change freeze in December then I would suggest take complete responsibility for even things for which you have the foggiest idea.
