Wobbling and counting (A short story)

Rajendra worked for an Indian company which used him for several important assignments - Proposals, Projects, a certification first in the country, certification a first for their type of company, certification first for the department he worked for. After all this one day he was rudely told to resign without even giving a proper reason. Having worked for 8 full years in the company doing things that others were hesitant to get into, he felt the world crashed around him. This started his wobble. He sat and thought what should be his goal in life. He calculated years for 2nd son to clear class 12 and arrived at a figure of 15 years. Then in the wobbling years by mistake changed it to 16 years. Rajendra wobbled and struggled making compromises to feed his family. The year 2nd son was clearing his 12, he remembered it as the 15th year and 1 more year to wobble. Once the 2nd son cleared the standard 12 exam he suddenly realised that there is no need to wobble for one more year. He had completed the goal he has set himself. He had defied all the forces which were against him. His company's intention of destroying his career were unsuccessful.
